Cancelling Salomoto is as easy as subscribing: right here, without signing in, without waiting, and with no retention hurdles.

Fill in this form to cancel your Salomoto Plus subscription. You do not need to sign in and you do not need to wait for an email — submitting this form is your cancellation.

We use it to match your cancellation to the right contract and to send you the confirmation.

There is no cancellation fee. After the effective date your account continues on the free plan; profile, garage, BikeDex, rides and already generated Check results all stay.

How cancelling works

You cancel directly with the form on this page. No sign-in is needed and you do not have to wait for an email: submitting the form is your cancellation, and it is recorded with us from that moment.

An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Until then every Plus feature stays usable; afterwards your account continues on the free plan — profile, garage, BikeDex, rides and your already generated Check results all stay. There is no cancellation fee and no retention offer between you and the cancellation.

Confirmation and execution

Immediately after submitting you see a confirmation with the time it was received and a reference number; the same confirmation also goes to the email address on the account.

Execution at the payment provider is a separate step and is shown separately on that confirmation. A problem there changes nothing about your cancellation — you do not need to repeat it. Extraordinary cancellations and dates you choose yourself are reviewed by hand, and we come back to you.

Cancellation in text form

You can also declare your cancellation in text form at any time (for example by email to the address in the imprint). Cancelling never depends on reaching support — the form on this page is always open.
