How it works
From the first listing to the bike in your garage
Salomoto helps you through the search for a used motorcycle — and stays the app for your bike afterwards. Every step is optional: use what helps you.
Step 1
Work out what suits you
Bike Match is a conversation about your first or next motorcycle, or one for your child. It asks about budget, licence class and how you'll ride, and explains every suggestion in words. A free account gives you 10 messages a month.

Collect listings in a Hunt
Paste a listing's link or text — from any marketplace or dealer. Every candidate keeps the listing's details, even if the ad goes offline later.

Step 3
Check a candidate
A Check unlocks the evaluation: strengths, open points, what's missing. Statements point to their source — listing, seller or your own inspection — and estimates are labelled as estimates.

Step 4
Ask the seller and estimate costs
You get questions about this exact listing, send them yourself and paste the answer back in. Plus a cost estimate in ranges and whether the trip is worth it.

Step 5
Inspect prepared
A checklist for the viewing, with guidance on what to look for at each point — papers, tyres, brakes, drivetrain, bearings. Record findings with photos; the inspection assistant answers questions on the spot.

Step 6
Compare and decide
Candidates side by side, with a summary of which one currently stands out and why — or an honest note that the data isn't enough. Plus adds negotiation support.

Step 7
Add the bike to MyGarage
Bought it? Add your bike to MyGarage and keep care, maintenance, costs and rides from then on. That works just as well for the bike already in your garage.

Questions
What riders ask first
Which marketplaces does this work with?
Any listing you can open as a link or copy as text. If a page can't be fetched, simply paste the listing text yourself.
Is Salomoto a marketplace?
No. We don't host listings and we don't sell motorcycles. We keep your candidates, your questions and your notes — the listings stay where they are.
Does Salomoto tell me whether a bike is sound?
No. Salomoto helps you understand a listing and prepare an inspection. Only an inspection in person can judge a motorcycle's condition — if something looks risky, have a mechanic take a look.
Do I need to know about motorcycles?
No. The checklist explains at every point what to look for and why. It's written for someone standing in front of a used bike for the first time.
